Just a little reminder that we’ll have a giveaway at the end of the sew along! The Quilt Link Up post will be published on Monday, August 16th. There are 4000+ blocks in BlockBase+, so I’m sure you’ve seen some other blocks while working in the software that you’d love to make! Feel free to add more blocks to your sew along quilt. Remember, you don’t have to make the same quilt as me! The idea behind this sew along is that we all make the same blocks, but the size of the blocks and the finished quilt can be different for everyone.

We sewed blocks from eight different categories in BlockBase+!

Using Block 2734, we were inspired by the Quilt Layout options and previewed the block in seven different quilts.

We explored the export options and Help buttons with Block 1915b and reviewed how to use the SVG export with a digital cutter. We used all the fantastic Search options and printed the foundation pattern for Block 1638.įor Block 785.7, we used Zoom in the Block Toolbar and learned about the Block print option. With Block 2898, we tried out the different display options and printed the templates. We learned how to navigate around the BlockBase+ screen and how to print a rotary cutting chart with Block 1273. Let’s take a few minutes to look at how much we’re learned and accomplished together through this sew along! My block finishes at 6″ and I used the foundation printout to make the block.
